About this Event
As part of our ongoing efforts to keep Oakland clothed and reduce clothing waste, SNE Cares has partnered with the West Oakland Mural Project to provide community members with complimentary clothing.
This partnership reinforces our commitment to cultivating supportive environments where our communities can both give and receive. The West Oakland Mural Project not only serves as a secure hub for free clothing but also emphasizes the importance of community arts, culture and engagement.
PICK UP & DROP OFF:
Clothing Donations can be dropped off at the West Oakland Mural Project every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month between 1pm-4pm. If you need to schedule a pick up or drop off, please contact SNE Cares by email at [email protected] or by phone at 341-800-2265. All clothing will be laundered and sorted by SNE Cares staff and volunteers before each clothing drive.
CLOTHING ACCEPTED:
Please donate gently used clothing at the West Oakland Mural Project every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month. We greatly appreciate your contributions as they go a long way.
SNE Cares will ensure that all donated items are handled with utmost care and respect. We take it upon ourselves to launder and sort each piece of clothing one week prior to every clothing drive.
Clothing Accepted:
- T Shirts, Coats & Jackets
- Jeans, Pants
- Brand New Socks & Undergarments
- Shoes
- Blankets, Scarves Hats & Beanies and Gloves
- New Pacifiers, bottles, toys
Clothing NOT ACCEPTED:
- Used Undergarments of any kind
- Stained clothing
- Clothing With Holes & Rips
- Dirty Shoes
- Used Pacifiers, bottles, toys
