Part One: Sunday February 8th & February 22, 2:30-4 pm This series is a creative study group following the work of Joanna Macy & the podcast We Are the Great Turning. We’ve broken down the series into three parts- you’re invited to take all the parts or select which of the three work for you. In the first two sessions, we will explore the stories of our time and begin with gratitude for the world we love.
Part Two: Sunday March 8th & March 22nd, 2:30-4 pm
In these two sessions, we’ll continue following We Are the Great Turning, moving into honoring the pain of the world. In these sessions, we’ll lean into the heartbreak for all the ecological loss we’re experiencing, and give expansive space to be with the pain.
Part Three: Sundays in April TBD
In the third pair of We Are the Great Turning, we’ll use creative inquiry to guide us through the practice of “seeing with new eyes” and being in the question of how we can embody the Great Turning.
