Description:
In this presentation, Felix Medina will talk about ACTION. What steps can we take as companies to fulfill our promise to our community? Additionally, he will talk about ways in which we can better prepare for diversity, and inclusion in 2025. He will be HEAVY on information regarding Latinos, which is his specialty, including statistics and information about the Latinos in the Indianapolis area.

Speaker Biography:
Born and raised on the US-Mexico border, Felix Medina studied a B.A. in Hispanic Literature & Linguistics at the University of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Moved to Indiana in 2007, and following the inspiring story of his father who was an entrepreneur, Felix founded Vedia Global in 2015, a translation company that was sold in 2020.
From 2020 to 2023 Felix taught Hispanic Literature at the International School of Indiana, and after that, he decided to go back to corporate America by joining the team of Radio One. Radio One is a multi-million dollar marketing company based out of Indianapolis, IN. Felix as an integrated marketing specialist is focused on selling products to Latino, and African-American communities across the Hoosier state.
Felix is a corporate member of the American Translators Association, has been trained in Urban Planning by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, and is certified by the Racial Equity Institute. When he is not working, you can find him being a dad, traveling around the world, drinking a cup of coffee, hiking, playing tennis, or listening to Bad Bunny. He is a language aficionado; Felix is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese and is currently studying Turkish. Felix is passionate about Diversity & Inclusion, especially when it comes to actions... not only words.
