In this session of Grassroots in the Garden: Growing Community, you'll learn how to identify weeds and remove them. This is a crucial skill for any gardener. You'll learn about W**d identification and help us maintain the Seymour Park Food Forest. We'll also be thinning out sun chokes and bee balm that have begun to take up too much space. We'd love your help keeping these two energetic growers under control so a wide variety of plants can thrive in this community space.

This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather and bring gardening gloves! If you'd like to keep any of the sunchokes or bee balm that we thin out, please bring a container to take it home with you.
