This unique property tour offers members a rare opportunity to step inside the project and gain firsthand insight into the design, development, and construction process.

Led by project partner Mortenson this guided tour will provide an inside look at the vision, progress, and innovation shaping this exciting cultural destination. Don’t miss your chance to experience a live construction site and connect with fellow industry professionals.

· 3:30 PM – Registration & Check-In

· Tour Check in location: Mortenson Museum Job Office - 1400 North 6th Street Milwaukee, WI 53212
• Please arrive on time—tour will depart promptly following a brief introduction

· 3:40 PM – Welcome & Introduction

· 3:45 PM – Guided Tour Begins

· 4:30 PM – Tour Concludes

· 4:30 – 5:00 PM – Q&A + Return of Borrowed PPE (if applicable)

· 5:00 PM – After-Tour Networking - Cash bar

📍Arrival & Parking

Street parking is recommended north of the museum site. Please allow extra time to park and check in before the tour begins.

⚠️ PPE Requirements (Required for Entry)

This is an active construction site, and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is required to participate.

WCREW members are encouraged to bring their own gear, as limited PPE will be available onsite.

Required PPE includes:

• Safety-toe boots (steel or composite)
  After-hours tours allow sturdy hiking or work boots
  (No sneakers, flats, sandals, or open-toe shoes)
• Safety helmet with chin strap (required)
• High-visibility vest
• Safety glasses
• Cut-level 4 (or higher) resistant gloves
• Full-length pants (no skirts or dresses)

Important: Participants who do not meet PPE requirements will not be permitted on the tour.
