About this Event

Hawaiian Stars & Stories: Wayfinder Planetarium Adventure at Bishop Museum

Wayfinder Waikiki invites hotel guests to join in on a monthly workshop in partnership with Friends of Hōkūleʻa & Hawai'iloa. Every third Saturday of each month, attendees will learn about the history and significance of Hawaiian canoe building traditions and participate in restoring boat parts.

07:45 AM: Breakfast at Wayfinder Waikiki - RedFish

Enjoy breakfast at the delicious RedFish restaurant located in the lobby of Wayfinder Waikiki.


08:30 AM: Depart from Wayfinder Waikiki (2375 Ala Wai Blvd)

Your journey begins with private transport to the dry dock.


08:50 AM: Arrive at Polynesian Voyaging Society

A brief welcome and introduction.


09:00 AM: Ho`okipa I ka Kama`aina a me Malihini: Introductions/Presentations
