Air is the element of freedom, breath, and invisible movement moving through you.It is what transforms dance from something you do into something you allow.In ecstatic dance, Air expresses as:
- Breath as your guide.
- Thought dissolving into space.
- Lightness and expansion.
- Communication without words.
- The invisible intelligence of movement.
When Air is fully embodied, it feels like something is dancing you. There is less control and more being moved.
We will journey through experimental beats, earthy rhythms, and immersive sound that supports integration, presence, and embodiment.
Come dressed in a way that feels like you — natural, grounded, comfortable, or anything that helps you feel connected to the air within you.
