As the season of gratitude arrives, I invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and receive the gifts of stillness at a Thanksgiving-Themed Sound Bath: "Waves of Gatitude".
This 60 minute journey blends soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and gentle voice guidance to help you:
🍁Ground into the nourishing energy of the Earth
🍁Release what no longer serves you
🍁Open your heart to abundance and thankfulness
Together, we'll create a sacred space to honor the cycles of giving and receiving -- a chance to rest, reflect, and connect before the holiday rush.

📍Location: 2805 Fruitville Rd. Sarasota, FL 34237 (Suite and entrance instructions will be sent with ticket confirmation email)
What to bring:
-Yoga mat will be provided however, you're more than welcome to bring your own.
-Blanket, Pillow, Water, and anything you might need to make your experience comfortable.
-An open heart.
Optional:
You're welcome to bring a small item or leaf that represents something you're grateful for -- we'll place these in a community gratitude mandala.
Contribution:
