Enjoy a fun and eye-opening look into the art of brewing as you work with Waverly's Brewmaster to brew one of their most popular beers, their Oyster Stout. You will work side by side with fellow beer enthusiasts and professionals throughout the day as you learn the ins and outs of brewing. Waverly's owner, Brewmaster and friendly staff will be on hand to answer all of your questions and give you a peek behind the curtain as you sample beers throughout the day.
As you finish your interactive brewing experience, local Executive Chef Patrick Morrow will be preparing everyone a delicious locally inspired meal that starts with our beer dunked oysters used earlier in the brew day!
Each participant will also receive a 10oz BMore Brew Crew Ceramic Beer Mug that you can take home with you and bring back to Waverly any time for $5.00 refills.
