About this Event
The BIT Center, Maryland Public Television, and the Maryland STEM Festival are proud to host a celebration of Leonardo Da Vinci and his remarkable contributions to STEM on Saturday, October 20th, from 10 AM to 3 PM at the new BIT Center, located at 3009 Greenmount Avenue, Baltimore, Maryland.
This FREE event coincides with the celebration of Italian Heritage Month and the upcoming release of Ken Burns' documentary about Da Vinci, which will premiere in November 2024.
The highlight of the event will be the annual Da Vinci Bridge Building Contest, open to middle and high school students. Contest details can be found here.
In addition to the contest, there will be a range of STEM activities, a STEM Magician, food, and more.
