Join us for an exclusive pop-up event celebrating the debut of our newest restaurant concept set to open this summer. This one-night experience offers a first taste of the vision behind the project, featuring a curated selection of dishes from the upcoming menu.

Rooted in Saburba’s spirit, the event highlights exceptional ingredients brought to life through diverse cultural influences. Expect a chef-driven approach that is seasonal, thoughtful, and ever-evolving—where creativity meets technique and every plate tells a story.

This is more than a preview—it’s an invitation to experience the foundation of what’s to come.

Tickets are $50 per person which includes an overflowing plate of delicousness, packed to go for your convenience but we welcome you to stay and hang out. DJ Jesse will be mxing beats all night and we'll be around to discuss the new concept.

There will be three ticket times and limited to 50 guests;

6:00-7:00pm

7:00-8:00pm

8:00-9:00pm
