This is a full day camp featuring two on ice sessions, off ice training, classroom and more! The day starts with an enhanced dryland warmup followed by goalie specific power skating. After the morning skate we break for lunch followed by a detailed classroom session. The day continues with another on ice skill session focused on game situations and live shooting drills.
