Connection & Renewal Gathering – October 7 Under the glow of the Hunter’s Moon, we gather to release the burdens, fears, and patterns that no longer serve us. This full moon invites us to honor the season of transition, letting go with gratitude so we may step forward with courage, clarity, and open hearts into the abundance that awaits.
We’ll open with Community Connection (circle led by Agnieszka) to ground ourselves and set intentions as a group. From there, Nika will guide us through a gentle Yoga practice to awaken the body, followed by Meditation and a soothing Sound Bath with Nika & Agnieszka to bring peace, harmony, and alignment.
As the moonlight supports our journey, Monika will lead a Sacred Moon Ceremony & Journaling for Clarity, where we’ll release what no longer serves us and invite in renewal through writing, reflection, and symbolic ritual.
Together, we’ll weave community, movement, stillness, and sacred ceremony—honoring this lunar cycle as we step forward lighter, freer, and more deeply connected.
Please bring: a journal, drinking water to stay hydrated, and an open heart. Yoga mats are optional—we’ll have a few available to borrow if you don’t have one. A blanket is also recommended for extra comfort.
