Together, they will take you on a journey of rejuvination using the energy healing modalities of Sekhem and Reiki. Amplified by their joint intention, this evening is centered on self love to bring you deep healing. 💓
Sekhem healing is an energy healing practice originating from Ancient Egypt, channeling universal life force energy to balance chakras, clear blockages, and support transformation. Reiki originates in Japan, channeling universal life force through hands to restore balance, promote relaxation, and support wellbeing.
At the the Waters of Venus event, we will be inviting Venusian energy to the healing practice by holding the event on a Friday, the day of Venus, commencing in the hour of Venus. This event will bring healing for the soul, bathing in the waters of Venus to bring renewal and self-love to the forefront of your heart. 🌹
What can I expect at the event?
The evening will begin with a chance to check in emotionally and land fully in the space, ensuring you feel a sense of community and connection. Once you have settled in and gotten cosy, there will be a deep visualisation meditation to bring you into your heart space, helping you reveal any deeper intention you may wish to bring to the healing. All that will be required of you for the healing itself will be to rest, relax and receive. You may feel some physical sensations or emotions during the session, you may fall asleep, the full spectrum of experience is welcomed.
To finish the evening, you will be invited to check in and share anything you wish to from the experience. Essential oils will be shared at the end of the healing session to encourage grounding.
How do I know if this event is for me?
If you are feeling the calling, trust your heart! The world of energy healing can feel foreign for many, but energy lives within us all. We are made up of energy, as is the world around us. If you are a sensitive person, struggling with burnout, working through grief, or simply want to find some supported rest and relaxation, this evening of Reiki and Sekhem Healing can help to support that. We carry so much within us, to be held in community and let go in this way can be incredibly healing. Think of it as being washed over with love, giving attention to the parts for our being that have come to feel tired or tense.
Do I need to bring anything?
Most of the session will be conducted laying down, so if you are able to bring any cushions to support your knees and head and blankets to keep your warm, please do so. We will have some cushions and blankets, but there will be a limited number of these.
