Event Title & Opening
Aquatic Sound Bath: Floating into Deep Relaxation
Thursday, May 21st | 6:30–8:30 pm
Aquis Wellness Arts | Fort Collins, CO
Step into the warm waters of Aquis Wellness Arts and let yourself be held—by the pool, by sound, and by loving, attuned touch. As you float, you’ll be guided into a deeply meditative state supported by live sound, breath, and intentional bodywork.
Description of the Experience
In this aquatic sound bath, you’ll be gently supported in the water with floatation devices so your body can fully relax while remaining safely held.
As you surrender to the buoyancy of the pool, you’ll be immersed in a landscape of sound—crystal singing bowls, chimes, gentle percussion, and voice—designed to calm your nervous system, open your heart, and invite deep inner stillness.
Throughout the journey, skilled practitioners will offer light, intuitive hands-on bodywork to help your muscles unwind, your breath deepen, and your whole system soften into a state of peaceful restoration. Floating in water allows joints to decompress, the spine to lengthen, and the body to experience a rare sense of weightlessness, amplifying the effects of both sound and touch.
This experience is ideal for:

- Sensitive or empathic beings wanting a gentle yet powerful reset
- Anyone curious about aquatic work, sound healing, or somatic practices
