About this Event
✨ About this event
Join me for a brand-new waterfall foraging experience at Hayburn Wyke, where ancient woodland, cascading waterfalls, and the North Sea meet.
This immersive session blends guided foraging, forest therapy, and mindful exploration, following the water’s journey from woodland to sea. We’ll begin at the car park and slowly make our way down through the ravine, finishing on the beach. For those who wish, there will be the option for a cold-water sea dip at the end.
Spring is a powerful time for renewal, and this landscape holds it all.
