About this Event
In this Watercolour Workshop, we will explore expressive brushwork and unconventional mark-making to create a dynamic loose floral composition with a limited autumnal palette.
All are welcome, but prior experience with watercolour is recommended, as we will build on fundamental watercolour techniques, rather than cover the absolute basics. All supplies are provided.
Thank you to Above Ground Art Supplies for sponsoring this workshop with professional watercolour paint and other art supplies to all workshop participants.
This workshop is being offered as part of the Regional Archive x Issues Magazine Shop Artist-in-Residence program. The program extends the art from the printed page to the liminal space of the shop, creating new opportunities to feature Canadian artists working in print and on paper.
