Watercolour Christmas Card Workshop @ Fisherton Mill
Looking for a lovely, creative escape this winter? An activity to do with a friend? Christmas is fast approaching so why not come along for some festive fun and create some unique Christmas cards to send to your family and friends. All materials will be provided - just bring your creativity!
This Watercolour Workshop for Beginners will be at the beautiful Fisherton Mill in Salisbury. Tea, coffee, soft drinks and cakes are available to order from the Fisherton Mill Gallery Café during the workshop, and there is a generous 20% discount available on the excellent lunch menu, should you wish to stay for lunch.

A little bit about me
Many members of my family have enjoyed creative pursuits. For my granny it was oil painting, for my grandpa it was woodwork and sculpture. My dad loved to draw and paint and my mum had endless projects on the go from sewing and knitting, to embroidery and rug making, from patchwork quilting to upholstery. Growing up, I tried many things and I loved learning new skills.
There followed a wonderful career in teaching, six years in the UK and thirty three years overseas, the vast majority of which was in Singapore. Now retired, I have returned to England and settled in Salisbury.
Three years ago, I began to paint with watercolours and I was smitten from the very start. Self-taught, I've sold paintings and cards at craft fairs, painted many one-off commissions for wedding presents and gifts, and opened my Etsy Shop.
Now I hope to inspire others to embrace their creative side and enjoy the wonderful world of watercolour!
