Come join us at Emily Rose Cafe for a delightful afternoon of painting and creativity. In this workshop, you will learn how to bring fantastical meadows to life on paper using vibrant watercolor washes and textures.
Ana will guide you through step by step instructions while allowing your own creativity to flourish. This workshop is based on the methods demosntrated in her new book "Watercolor Textures for Artists" published by Quarto Creates. Each participant will receive a signed copy of the book!
This will be a small, intimate workshop with delicious teas and treats catered by the coziest café in Toronto: Emily Rose.

Ana will bring speciatly paints and novelty supplies to share with the group. Each participant must bring the following supplies:
Supply list:
-Watercolor paper (suggested size 9x12 inches)
-Watercolor paints (pans or tubes will work just fine)
-Variety of round brushes in different sizes (recommended brands are Princeton or Winsor and Newton. Sizing example, 8, 2 and 0)
- Optional: Feel free to bring any fun supplies you have been wanting to try out. This workshop allows for mixed media tehcniques once our initial washes have been completed. Examples: metallic watercolors, washi pens, colored pencils, etc.
We will provide cups for water and paper towels for your convenience.
