Watercolor 102 Snow Scene and Hummingbird with Lynette RednerSaturday, January 24 and 31st 10 AM to 12:30 PM

This class is designed for students who have taken watercolor 101 or who already have some basic experience with watercolor. If you're brand new to watercolor, it's best to start with watercolor 101 before joining this class. We’ll begin with a quick review of the basics, then dive into a snow scene full of techniques, gradients, washes, dry, and dry, wet into wet, and lifting out. Students can simplify the scene, leave out elements, or focus on just part of it. Will explore drawing, perspective, and values, starting with a monochrome version before moving to full color.
In the second class, students can either paint from a personal photograph or choose the hummingbird project. A short demo will start class two, and help will be available for drawing or tracing to keep things fun and stress-free.
All supplies included in class fee.
