Join us for an important and exciting event where you can learn life-saving skills and understand the dangers of swimming in open water. ?

Location: Stanground Sports Centre Swimming Pool
Age Range: 11–17 years
Session Length: 1.5 hours
What to Bring: Swimming kit ???
Activities Include:
?Rookie Lifeguarding – Try rescue techniques with our friendly instructors
?Self-Rescue – Learn how to help yourself if you get into difficulty
?First Aid & CPR – Practice essential first aid skills and learn CPR
?Swimming & Water Safety – Improve your swimming skills and get safety advice from lifeguards
