Water teaches us to soften, to adapt, to trust the current even when we can't see where it leads, and in the height of summer, there's no more perfect season to drop in and let the waves move through you.
We'll begin with intention setting, gentle movement, and breathwork to highlight the theme of water and embrace the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana), our center of creativity, sensuality, and emotional flow. Then we'll settle into a fully immersive sound bath featuring a water-curated backing track produced by @darko.sf of Audio Alchemy, with live crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and water-inspired instruments woven in by Caitlin.
Expect oceanic frequencies, whale song, and the kind of deep nervous system release that only sound and water can offer together. Mermaids, ocean lovers, and anyone craving a softer summer reset, this one is for you.
