Dive into the stillness and wisdom of winter with the Water Element Immersion Series, a two-class journey designed to help you align with the rhythms of the season. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, this series is your invitation to slow down, reflect, and restore.
Each class weaves together Yin Yoga, breathwork, meridian acupressure, and sound healing, offering a holistic experience to nurture your body and mind. We’ll focus on the Water element, the essence of winter, to support introspection, calm, and balance.

Please bring your mat and any props to support your practice, such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, pillows, or an eye pillow for added comfort. I have a small supply of mats, blankets, and blocks available on a first-come, first-serve basis, but bringing your own ensures you’ll have everything you need.
