Align your inner waters with the flow of the natural world.
Awaken the ancient wisdom within your water body through a whale, water, and 528hz frequencies.
Bring to the surface an authentic message or conversation living within your inner ocean.
In this harmonized and fluid state, we’ll flow into Watercolor with Sam from Samsconsin Art, where you’ll be gently guided into intuitive, abstract painting using watercolors:
Let go of expectations and rules.
Embrace the meditative rhythm of brush to paper.
Let your waters and intuition lead and capture a beautifully unique message meant for you, in that very moment!
No experience necessary. All supplies are provided. You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind painting created by YOU and Water's wisdoms, as well as a renewed connection to your body, creativity, and the element of Water.

Please Bring: A yoga mat and any props and blankets needed to allow you to melt into the experience (limited mats, bolsters, and blankets in studio). Elevated water and tea provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Parking in lot. Reservation required. Limited to 6 people.

Samsconisn Art : Sam is a Wisconsin-based water color artist whose work can be found at Green Bay's Art Garage, Neville Public Museum, Sage, and Soul Purpose to name a few! Her unconventional approach to creativity is a vibrant reflection of her authentic soulful process - feel good art that's as messy and real as life itself. Her therapeutic nature and her deep connection with Water will be a beautiful guide to your own authentic expression waiting to be illuminated on that canvas!
Wild Waters Wellness: Sarah's roots are from the Door County Peninsula and have flowed all the way to the middle of the Pacific Ocean to the West Coast. Water was always her creative muse and a source of liberating an effortless joy. Through her own journey of healing, Water opened a channel within her that serves as a conduit for Water's wisdoms and Water's medicine. Every immersive experience is unique to the group present. Our bodies are mostly water and this element is ancient and foundational, full of mysteries and wisdoms ready to be revealed.
