Tune in to hear internationally acclaimed performer and writer of the Muscogee Nation and the first Native American poet to serve as the U. S. Poet Laureate (2019 - 2022). She is the author of eleven books of poetry, several plays, children's books, and non-fiction works, and two memoirs, Crazy Brave and Poet Warrior.
We'll be tuning in live to her performance in Madison at the Center for the Visual Arts in Wausau! RSVP's are encouraged on our website or on our Facebook event. Doors open early at 6:30 and the performance will begin at 7. Join us for a great night of the arts!
