This is it, folks, this is the big one...Wānaka's biggest secondhand ski drop is BACK!
Join us at Wastebusters on May 16 and 17 for a full weekend of seriously good preloved ski gear.
Across the weekend, we’ll have a huge range of quality secondhand gear for both adults and kids to get you sorted for the mountain. Think skis, snowboards, boots, poles, helmets, goggles, gloves and more, plus racks of merinos, ski jackets, snow pants and winter layers.
With big-name brands like Armada, K2, Burton, Patagonia, Atomic, Planks and more, it’s your chance to find something great for less.
All weekend long, we’ll be restocking both hard gear and soft gear.
If you’re after skis, boards or boots, come over the weekend. If you’re mainly after jackets, merinos or winter layers, there’ll still be plenty coming out in the days and weeks that follow.
A few tips before you come:
- Wear something easy to try layers on over
- Bike parking available onsite 🚲
- Carpool if you can, it really helps on busy days
- We accept eftpos, credit cards, contactless and cash
- Bring a reusable bag if you’ve got one
- Leave the dogs at home for this one 🐾
