About this Event
This kettlebell workout, led by certified kettlebell instructor Sara Vasquez, focuses on building real-world strength, power, and endurance through intentional, full-body movement. The session combines fundamental kettlebell techniques with controlled progressions to improve core stability, mobility, and overall athletic performance. Participants are guided through proper form, breath control, and efficient movement patterns, making the workout both challenging and accessible for all levels. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and confident in your body’s capabilities.
Please bring a water bottle, Yoga mat and a towel! This is going to be a workout you don't want to miss.
