Almost Heaven Tours have the right to cancel the tour if the minimum of 40 passengers isn't met.
**NOTE**
Almost Heaven Tours will not ask for your vaccination status or require you to show proof. However note that some of our travel destinations are now requiring this or even mask at some venues that we visit so please do your own research or you can even ask us and we will gladly share with you what info we have at the time of booking, also what you'll need while on the trip. Keep watch for any new updates due to ever-changing mandates & covid status.
The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. The state of medical knowledge is evolving, but the virus is believed to spread from person-to-person contact and possibly by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects or in the air. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown. Almost Heaven Tours cannot prevent you [or your child(ren)] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while traveling with Almost Heaven Tours. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of Covid. We do everything possible to keep the motor coach cleaned & sanitized during & in-between times of travel as recommended by the CDC.
**NOTE**
We have permission for you to leave your vehicle parked at each of the boarding locations during our time away but in doing so know it's still considered at your own risk. Almost Heaven Tours NOR the businesses involved will not be held responsible for anything that may happen to your vehicle while parked in their parking lot for the duration of your tour.
**FAMILY-FRIENDLY**
All our tours are family-friendly and we allow children ages 3 or older.
**CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY**
All tours require a Non-refundable Deposit to hold your seats that must be received within 7 days of booking your seats. Final payments on our Red-Eye & Day Tours are due in full (30) days prior to your tour departure date & final payments on all Overnight Tours are due (45) days prior to your departure date.
We do what we can to accommodate all budgets & have payment plans available.
**NOTE**
We understand that things happen that cause you to have to cancel. If this happens before or even after the (30) days on our Red-Eye or Day trips or (45) on our overnight trips then you can try selling your tickets and just providing us with their info for the reservations then it's acceptable. If we have a waiting list on this particular tour then we will honor you 100% refund if we get someone to fill your seat minus the 3% credit card fee if you had used this payment option.
**BUS KINDNESS & COURTESY**
On our tours, we not only want to you to make new memories but new friends that will last a lifetime. With 50+ people on one motor coach, we encourage that you get to know your neighbors and talk to those around you. But we also want you to be pleasant and kind with everyone allowing this to be a nice & memorable experience.
**SMOKING & ALCOHOL**
Are not allowed at any time on the motor coaches. We will have several restroom/ smoke breaks during transit on all our tours.
