Anna Lawrence will guide you through the first steps: how to make a start, identify the resources and stories that matter, and organise your ideas into a workable plan. You’ll leave with clarity on what you need and how to get your project under way.
Jo Bell helps you to explore the creative possibilities of memoir. Discover different formats and styles, learn how to structure your story for maximum impact, and consider the ethical questions that arise when writing about real lives.
Plenty of time for questions, answers and discussions of your specific project. Lunch is not provided but there is a cafe in the venue.
