About this Event
Step into your strength and awaken the warrior within. Warrior Workout is a dynamic experience designed to challenge the body, focus the mind, and leave you feeling both energized and restored.
The session begins with a high-energy workout led by NASM-certified personal trainer Benjamin Moore or Bmoor, designed to build mental resilience and mind-body connection through intentional movement. After the physical challenge, we shift inward with a guided breathwork meditation facilitated by Vanessa Hernandez, a Certified Breathwork Guide and Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Coach of Regulation House and Human Aeon. The experience concludes with a restorative soundbath led by yoga teacher and sound facilitator Carli Baldwin, helping the nervous system settle and integrate the work of the body and breath.
Together, this powerful combination of strength training, breath, and sound invites participants to explore deeper layers of physical and mental resilience — connecting to the steady, focused presence of the warrior within.
