Our Warrior Fight Club Ground Fighting Seminar bridges the gap between technical sport grappling and high-stakes ground survival. We are diving deep into the mechanics of how to move, strike, and defend when the fight leaves your feet.
What We’re Covering:
The Sport Aspect: Master the technical transitions, escapes, and dominant positions used in competitive ground fighting to outmaneuver an opponent.
Ground Survival: Learn the "street" side of the floor—how to protect yourself against aggressive strikes and neutralize a threat when there are no referees or rules.
Ground and Pound Striking: Understand how to deliver effective strikes from various positions to create openings or finish a confrontation.
Tactical Recovery: Focus on the most important goal of ground survival: how to protect your vitals and get back to your feet safely.
