WARRIOR Combat is boxing inspired, powerful, and fierce. It is for everybody and every BODY. In our 45 minute class, you can expect timied intervals with high intensity movement, stress-melting strength training, and amazing fight combinations. Before we cool it down, we will take our fight combinations and set them to music for a powerful finale.

Bring a water bottle, and sweat towel. Mats are encouraged, as we have a few movements on the ground in our final intervals.

Please arrive at 8:45am to allow time to sign in and set up. Class begins at 9:00am. We have are saving time after the workout for some private shopping event prior to the store opening at 10:00am. Participants will receive a discount that same day.
