About this Event
Warm Vibes & Bright Energies is a recoccuring community event for those interested in sensing energy and developing greater energetic awareness. The intention is to bring together curious and open-minded people for a fun night of expectation-free energy work!
The event takes place at 111 Superior Street in James Bay, Victoria, BC from 7 - 9pm. *Doors open at 6:45pm*
This event's theme is Energy Education - the perfect balance of learning and having fun! Warm up with hot tea while you connect to your personl energy and explore its feel, while learning new ways to work with your energetic bubble. After tuning into your energy, we will practice noticing how our energy moves between one another. Building up our capacity to sense energy throughout the night brings us to our final activity: soaking up warm loving energy as a group, in circle.
Expect sharing and discussions around feeling/sensing energy, quiet moments of reflection and lively laughs!
*To maximize comfy vibes, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and something to sit on (yoga mat, pillow, blanket). Hot tea, paper and pens will be provided. We will be sitting on the floor in circle and moving around on hardwood floors - please decide if this will be comfortable for you.
