SIXPOINTS is an alternative, post industrial project consisting of instrumentalist Shaun Day Woods and poet Jimy Dawn founded in Coast Salish territory on Vancouver Island. SIXPOINTS is uniquely original in its content and performance style that can be described as an electro poetica sound channeling past longings for a hopeful togetherness in what is an archaic revival through the Anthropocene - sounds, stories, movement and hope for the love of the ground beneath us. Sharka, an ambient electronica artist with deep sonic undertones, will kick off the evening in only the way this formidable musician can.
