We are offering 2 FREE weeks of "warm-ups" for run club series this spring. On Sunday, 3/16, we will engage kids in various age-appropriate/fun running games and activities. We will talk about the upcoming run club, running form, goals, and answer any questions. On Sunday, 3/23, we will set up our courses and let kids practice their distances. The official kick-off date for the 3-week series is 3/30 and it will end on 4/13. No registration is required for the warm-up weeks. Just show up! Parents are encourage to participate or help.
