You're invited to the wonderful world of floating guided meditation & relaxation leading into an amazing sound experience on the warm waters of Four Seasons Pool in Moundsville, WV!
Here's how it works...
BYOBed: Bring your own twin or full size air mattress (Walmart, Amazon, etc $15-25) Bring your own pump, if possible. We'll have volunteers on hand to help!
No experience needed: Folks who are nervous or not strong swimmers will float the shallow end.
We'll help safely load everyone onto and off of their floating bed so you can stay cozy & dry!
Bring a blanket, pillow, and towel, if you like!

What is a Sound Bath? Great question!
We're resting, while soothing sounds wash over us. You’re welcome to move and stretch a bit before or during, but most folks get super comfy and settle into a kind of half-nap while our musical host guides meditation and relaxation with a variety of both modern & ancient instruments with specific frequencies, vibrations, and tones scientifically proven to positively affect our body and brain on a cellular level.
