School Holidays are a great if you have always wanted to get into the Warhammer hobby or if you are you looking for a new project. It's also great if you want to improve your hobby skills.
Below you will find a few of the many hobby demonstrations we can run at Warhammer Wellington, if you have something that you'd like to try in the hobby that's not on the list below pop in and have a chat with us.
Introductory demonstrations: pick between a free introductory Stormcast or Space Marine model and then you can learn to build, paint and play a game with it.
Warhammer Workshops: "Battle Honours" & Learn to Workshops"
Learn to Build:
Mini of the month, Introductory model building, Large models, Units, sub assembly.
Learn to Paint:
hand undercoating, base colours, shading, dry brushing, highlighting, Transfers, Basing, Contrast paint, batch painting, special effects like blood & gore .
Learn to Play:
Warhammer 40,000: Match play, Narrative play, Combat patrol & Army list writing.
Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Match Play, Narrative play & Army list writing.
