Event Overview
Join us for a relaxed but competitive 500-point Charity Tournament in support of The Angel Trust. This event is designed to be welcoming for newer players while still offering tactical depth for veterans.
Points Limit: 500 points
Rounds: 3
Round Length: 90 minutes per round
Entry Fee: £5 per player
Charity: Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Angel Trust
The running total raised for the Angel Trust will be updated and announced at every tournament.

Army Construction Rules
Armies must be 500 points or fewer
Armies must be Battle-forged
Legends units ARE allowed
All rules, points, and datasheets must come from current Games Workshop publications
There is no requirement to submit an army list in advance.
Players must have a printed or digital army list available on the day for reference if required.
Event Management & Pairings
This event will be run using Best Coast Pairings
Players must sign up via Best Coast Pairings prior to the event
Missions & Rules
Missions will be drawn from the current Chapter Approved mission pack
All games will use Games Workshop Core Rules and official FAQs
Terrain will be GW terrain, with every table set up differently
Terrain traits will be explained before each round
Scoring
Is done via best coast pairings
Venue & Catering
Hot food and drinks will be available to purchase on site
Only drinks purchased on-site may be consumed on the premises
Sportsmanship & Conduct
This is a charity-first event.
Play in the spirit of the game
Be respectful to opponents and staff
Rules disputes should be resolved calmly with a Tournament Organiser
Unsporting behaviour may result in penalties or removal from the event.
Painting & Hobby
There is no painting requirement for this event
Players bringing unpainted armies are welcome
If you do bring an unpainted army, you may optionally choose to donate an additional amount of your choice to the Angel Trust on the day

There are no prizes for this event.
This tournament is about community, charity, and good sportsmanship — the only rewards on offer are bragging rights and the knowledge that you’ve supported a great cause.

This is a friendly, accessible tournament designed to support a great cause while enjoying some excellent games of Warhammer 40,000.
