Join Wardman Park for a thoughtfully curated lineup of elevated fitness experiences designed to bring the community together through movement in a refined, open-air setting.
Start your day with intention or unwind midweek with expert-led classes spanning high-energy dance cardio, all levels flow yoga, and strength-driven workouts. Each session offers a fresh-air escape designed to feel both invigorating and accessible—whether you’re building your routine, exploring something new, or simply looking to move in a beautiful setting.
Following each class, guests are invited to enjoy complimentary beverages and bites, ranging from an onsite coffee cart and pasties to juice bar with protein bites – because the best workouts deserve a refreshing finish. Each guest will also receive a complimentary aluminum water bottle to use for future workout sessions.
All classes will take place in the Wardman Park poolside outdoor courtyard.

A high-energy, confidence-boosting dance workout featuring easy-to-follow choreography set to upbeat music—all within a fun, inclusive atmosphere.
Wednesday, May 20 | Woodley Park Yoga
A locally loved studio offering accessible, all-levels classes focused on building strength, enhancing flexibility, and cultivating mindfulness. Yoga mats are not provided, attendees should bring their own.
Saturday, May 30 | Barry’s
A signature HIIT-style workout combining bodyweight training and cardio intervals to build strength, endurance, and total-body energy.
Wednesday, June 3 | Woodley Park Yoga
