A recital of art songs and arias celebrating springtime. The selected repertoire spans early to late Romantic lieder and mélodie vocal pieces by Brahms, Rossini, Dvořák, Strauss, Poulenc and Barber, as well as works by the Gozitan composer Prof. Joseph Vella. This recital will also include a new work by Maltese composer Abraham d’Amato specially commissioned by the Jesuits Church Foundation for this concert.
