Their new pair of 2025 albums, "Little By Little" and "Piece By Piece," offer a clutch of 16 Bruce Springsteen songs, all interpreted in the inimitable Outliers-style. "I was living and breathing these songs for almost two years," Hayden said. "I didn't want to sing them if I didn't really feel them." All told, the musicianship here is so comfortably tight you could bounce a jukebox quarter off of it – that is, if jukeboxes still took quarters.
