Walworth County Planning and Zoning Workshop

This session will introduce local government officials to three primary tools for land use decision making: the comprehensive plan, zoning ordinance, and subdivision ordinance. We’ll take a closer look at emerging land use issues and discuss ordinance updates, rezones, conditional uses, subdivision plats, and certified survey maps. Plan Commissioners, Elected Officials, Planning & Zoning Staff, Clerks, Administrators, and others who support land use decisions at the Town, Village, City, and County level are encouraged to attend.
