Sundays are often ruck days in F3. A wonderful walking wander. Recent studies show that rucking might add good years to your life. This may be true.
I think there is more though. We’re made for adventure, exploration, adaptation and community.
That’s why many put the ruck on and join an F3 Ruckabout.
Soon we have an epic walk lined up from Walton-on-Thames to Westminster. Saturday 6th Sept, leaving Walton at 0700. With bail out points on route, and over 20 signed up already, it’s going to be a great CSAUP event (Completely Stupid And Utterly Pointless).
This could be a bit of you, if it is, get in touch. For a walk of that length, a weighted ruck is entirely optional. I know one F3 man thinking of taking his.
