Your guides for this All-Levels Slow Flow Yoga class will be the talented dynamic duo Marney Henze and Patty Tapia.
Our musical guide bringing soothing sounds to your practice will be DJ Alix.
Together, they will lead you on an unforgettable All-Levels Yoga Flow that will awaken your senses and ignite your inner radiance, all set against the backdrop of state-of-the-art lighting, captivating visuals, and immersive sound.

Check-in is at 11:15am, class begins at 12:00pm and ends at 1:30pm
Wear comfortable clothing & bring a water bottle
Bring a yoga mat, water, and wear something comfortable to move around in
