Explore your inner story teller with this introduction to creative writing. Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Explore feelings and build confidence
- Follow passions and trust their ideas
- Share stories and engage with community
- Work on imagination, problem solving and focus
- Develop literacy, planning and critical thinking
- Relax, reflect and build resilience
Andrea's background as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and senior leader in Health and Social Care sits alongside her lifelong love of books and creative expression. Today, she brings these threads together in guided writing workshops where families can explore stories, spark imagination and build confidence side by side.
