The Power of Team Coaching
Info: Matt Stone and Oliver Caviglioli will explore the impact of team coaching in settings for amplifying the impact of pedagogical practice, through creating shared language and collective reflection. Teaching is often a solitary profession, where much of the real work happens when teachers must make constant decisions in real time. Because of this, professional development only truly matters if it influences what happens in that space. We will dive in to how team coaching can bridge the gap between professional learning and classroom practice, using a structured approach to support professional growth and improve teaching practice.
