Walks of Life

Walks of Life is an opportunity for everyone in the transplant community to honour and give gratitude to living donors, deceased donors and donor families, as well as acknowledge transplant recipients and their “walks of life.” We will come together in the beautiful surroundings of Deer Lake to provide space for hope and healing, while highlighting the profound impact of organ donation and transplantation.

The event will include a short walk between Burnaby Art Gallery to Deer Lake, a moment of silence, and a special ceremony to remember all the donors who make the gift of life possible.

All are welcome to this event, please bring your friends, families and more! The event will take place rain or shine so please come prepared for the weather.
