What Are Mindfulness Walks?

A Walking with Purpose walk combines gentle movement in nature with mindfulness practices designed to clear your mind, reduce stress, and reconnect you with both yourself and the natural world. Led by Anna from Writing with Purpose, these calming walks through South Cheshire and Staffordshire Moorlands offer a peaceful escape from everyday pressures.
