Discover Cork’s History and Culture!

Join Cantonese in Ireland for a walking tour around Cork on December 7th! We will be visiting cultural sites such as Saint Fin Barre’s Cathedral and the famous English Market, which has been around since 1788. This walking tour will be hosted and led by Owen Lam, a Hong Kong native and now a resident of Cork. We hope to share with you the background of this city through an interactive, relaxed, and entertaining event.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Owen has lived in Ireland for six years and is currently based in Cork. With professional experience in media creation and technology companies, he has a deep passion for languages, history, and the arts. He aspires to draw on the strengths of both Eastern and Western cultures to enrich himself and bridge gaps in his understanding.
