About this Event
When you want to play soccer to get exercise, be on a team, improve skills, learn the game, return to the pitch or just get outdoors BUT need to stay injury-free... JOIN walking soccer (aka walking football, walk soccer, walkaball, speed walk soccer)!
Co-ed sessions are starting in San Diego with the goals of health, fun, fitness and also to travel to tournaments in North America and worldwide.
Wear exercise clothes, soccer cleats (or running shoes), shin guards (if possible) and bring water.
The game is tremendously popular worldwide and organizations across the USA are starting groups!
